Media City @runthroughuk 5K thank you to @chorltonrunners for the free place. I soooo did not want to race today! My legs haven’t felt right since WCR and I just don’t feel I have the speed to take on a 5k race at the minute. But it’s amazing to see how far I’ve come since last year as despite the struggle this is actually a new 5k PB ?? . Still slower than I feel I can run so this has certainly set the bench mark for the up and coming Sale Sizzlers my favourite 5K series. .
